If this doesn't get you pumped for the Boxing Day Test, not much will. A famous moment in Australian sport relived.

I stand in awe of that delivery.....planned and executed perfectly by the greatest spin bowler in the history of the game! The margin of error for that gap between bat and pad is REALLY small Yet he pulls it off at EXACTLY the right time That is why I have felt privileged to have watched every ball he bowled in his test career in Australia either on TV or at the SCG. I also watched a heap of the overseas tests on TV. Because 70 years from now Grandads will be telling their grand children that they watched the great Shane Warne at the ground, just as it was and is for Bradman now!

Truly said Paul...he was one of the greatest that have played the game..I understood his legacy in 1999 WC semi-final against SA .. when he got the wickets of Gibbs, Kirsten, Kalis & most important wicket that of Hansie Cronje ....

@xaj15435 жыл бұрын
Murali took 500 wickets at home in Sri Lanka on spinning pitches that were further enhanced for him, while Shane Warne had to play on wickets that didn't spin. The rules were changed with regard to arm bending, from 5 degrees to 15 degrees !!!! to allow Murali's action to be legal. Murali was a "chucker" who should never have been allowed to play test cricket. If Shane Warne had Sri Lankan grounds as his home he would have taken 900+
