Partially agree. Steve Smith is the better version of Steve Waugh. Like Steve Waugh or Border (in never throwing his wicket away) but with more ability. Kohli is a lot like Ponting (may be equal, may be slightly better). Williamson is the slightly worse version of Tendulkar. ABD is a lot like Viv. Hazelwood is the somewhat worse version of McGrath. Yes, we do not magical cricketers like Akram, Lara and Warne but those are magical cricketers not born everyday.

Sabir Jamal draw. Pakistan were 5/90 at one stage, but we couldn’t get these two out. I see we won a the series with a pretty average bowling attack. I liked Merv Hughes, but his main partners were Carl Rackemann and Terry alderman. Alderman was always a force in England, but didn’t really claim.bags of wickets in Aus. Our batting line up was pretty good, but Pakistan were a very potent team.

I always thought he was a batsmen because he would come in very late in the innings when the bowlers are tired and would always be hitting massive sixes. When I finally realized he is ranked as one of the greatest bowlers in ODI, I was so shocked. He has saved Pakistan from so many defeats with his batting and bowling. Such a dangerous player.
