The key takeaway is that bottom hand grip if more rounded then rear elbow more behind, bat behind and eventually hands away in downswing and can't play the on drive or flick shot. Superb Instruction Loved that Gary!

And what precautions or care should be taken to our body after having a first class or 4days match. And asked to an expert how to control or recover our breathing after taking quick 2 or 3 runs because sometimes most of us feel tired when we are going to face the next ball. I mean we can't able to give 100% focus to the next ball which we are going to face.
