Power of Tendulkar and also beginning of his decline as a supreme stroke player due to Injuries....without him Indian team used to just turn up with some individual brilliance once a while. Only with him we could even think of winning a series....thats how it was even vs Zimbabwe. Nice days though great to be a cricket fan. This Pakistan team should have won the world cup both in 1996 and 1999....never will they be the same again as a unit.

Australia used to thump this pakistan attack while india looked so helpless through out the 90s against Pakistan ,,, apart from Sachin sourav Dravid none of them remained in the future of Indian cric ,,, venkatesh Prasad played 161 ODIs from 1994 till 2001 ,,, if it was today then he couldn't have played 10 odi's for India

Pakistan can never dream of 1980s & 1990s era of dominating India again. Upper caste Bhramins & Baniya were playing Cricket in those era. India was unable to produce 1 genuine fast bowler in that era because of their Veg eating habits.. Now, India has 360 degree selection process. Any talent across India will play IPL and subsequently, Indian Team

Afridi was a big match playet he used to perform at the hogfest atage specially in the semis and finals as he performed well and man of the match in VB series best of 3 finals 1997 in this series then 2000 Sharjah cup against south Africa then super challenge bilateral series between Pakistan and Australia 2002 in the decider then 2009 world t20 both in the seki finals and finals 2004 ct quarter finals again India in England then 2007 world t20 man of the tournament
