I worry about ironing with easy press 2 on rubber flip flop etc. can they take the heat? Faux leather? What else is safe to iron on.

Faux Leather can take the heat well!!! With the flip flops, you need to be careful with, so no need to apply the heat for the full 30 seconds, maybe 15 seconds moving the Mini EasyPress around.

I've tested 2 different Easy press 2 12x10 and it does not get as hot as the setting says it is. I can only get it to reach 338 degrees and that's set at 400 degrees and it goes up and down in temperature. Have you tested your easy press to see how hot they can really get?

Tanner, Hi! I have a Cricut EA2. I have a problem with my Iron -On glitter... I did not weed the text out on my "mom,s soccer t-shirt! I could not see the black glitter text, therefore i just cut around what i could see. I thought the cut would be deep enough, so that when i ironed it, only the cut text would remain on my t-shirt. well, i was wrong ... do i need to dispose of my blotched out t-shirt or is there a quick-fix to my fail. please give me tips or a solution??????????????? ty so much for your time! btw, im a beginner love all the projects i will get to have fun with. For printable vinyl it would be great if someone could verify if you put your printed vinyl on a mug like permanent do you have to seal it. Using inkjet printer and no heat seems it would smear.

Makers Gonna Learn it smears. Waited several days and tried but smeared it. I talked with Cricut and they said not to seal and recommends to use more as decorative. More like a stitcher

@@dawnnelson7651 Cure time for dishwasher safe mod podge is 28 days. You can use spray sealer on the decals before cutting, then once applied to your mug you can use mod podge, and wait until properly set :)

Good question! I don't think there will be any new EasyPresses. They came out with 1 more since this video was filmed, the mini! It's our favorite. So versatile. I would recommend if you were only buying one, to get the 9x9. It's a good mid-sized one. the 6x7 isn't great for larger t-shirts and the 10x12 isn't ideal for smaller projects like onesies and things, it's a bit too large for everyday use.
