I like Cricut Joy best because it's one of the smallest cutters and connected easily with my phone don't let its smaller size fool you. It still allows you to do alot.

Honestly? Most people will probably never need to upgrade from the Joy. Cards, mugs, t-shirts, scrapbooking - this thing does it all. We do prefer the Brother Scan N Cut for more advanced things, but the Joy is perfect for most.

Does the Cricut Maker work the same way? Can it do the same things as the Joy? Love your channel BTW!

The Cricut Maker does everything the Joy does and a lot MORE. The Joy cuts up to 50 or so materials, but the Maker and Maker 3 cut over 300. The Maker is more accurate in its cuts, plus the motor is built for heavier workloads if you're running an Etsy store or making lots of shirts for a company or organization.
