what if you are in someone else's home.. lets say staying the night a couple of days and their home is being burglarized can deadly force be used to defend the home then?
@NoahErickson977 жыл бұрын
I think it depends on the state laws. Some places you have the right to defend your life and the others around. The other thing is some places say nothing in your house is worth someone's life.

QUESTION: If you're really certain, where in the USA is her accent from? Thank you. Every one of this series of videos is very clear and of excellent quality, and the audio levels on every one of the videos are perfectly matched for an uninterrupting playlist. The instructor is also very attractive, and I'm curious where in the USA her accent is from. Finally, I wish there were more such videos from her, besides the ones in this series.Thank you so much!

Enjoying the videos greatly. And while the rock climber analogy perfectly describes necessity, correct me if I am incorrect, but necessity cannot be used as a justification defense against homicide, correct?

I made it clear that every female and male friend I had. I never saw a family member or other foe with them while we were friends. Now if my associates want to be their friends. That is why I am happily solo. Anyone who wants that type of drama is NOT my friend and dysfunctional. Why would you want to hang with anyone who has lied on your friend or associate unless you are for the BS too. I can easily leave crowds like that. I have always been a Leader. I enjoy myself. I cannot get enough of my good cooking, home training, morales, self- control, and education. I do not contact any friend any more since they could not keep it real and let those haters know that they were out of pocket. I can defend my self. I am using my defense law to hurt anyone who comes for me. I do not care what they are talking about. Not one of my friends can say that I should have been faithful to NOT one Man in Oakland. Not one. These men were liars, abusive had other Women, and were very toxic people like the systems in Oakland. They all need to be permanently removed for their constant abuse and denial. I proved years ago who these people are and how they continue to lie and cause violence.

hold on so how are so many police justified in using deadly force if they can only use deadly force if and only if they are police, AND there is imminent public danger? Many situations without imminent public danger coming to mind. very interesting.
@umairkashmiri69519 жыл бұрын
Necessity is incorrect, it is not justified to kill anyone else in saving yourself, it must be for the good of society/the public. Her example is completely incorrect when she mentions A ,B, and C----> the answer to that question should be no.
@tiffanyedwards53898 жыл бұрын
In the common law, necessity requires (1) clear and imminent danger, (2) reasonable belief that the act will abate the danger, (3) no adequate alternative, (4) harm caused is less than harm avoided, and (5) it does not fall under a few exceptions such as "defendant caused the danger." The MPC drops the imminence requirement and reduces some of the exceptions. Her hypothetical is correct. Your definition of necessity was just incomplete.

There is not one example you'll ever find on the MBE or practice exams where necessity is a defense to homicide.
Holy moly, the repetition is unnecessary. This video could have easily been 4 or five minutes but she decides to repeat herself when I could easily rewind..........

Brianna Reynolds I must Respectfully disagree. I, indeed, appreciated it. I certainly understand that this would be a possible nuisance for more elite learners, individuals whose academic road map is more content flooding, etc. In my professional opinion, the approach taken in these videos is the most effective to the broadest audience. She is structured, clear, and follows the principles of teaching (primacy, recency, exercise, freedom etc). I was an instructor for the Air Force and these principles were sworn by and strictly adhered to as much as possible. From my first hand experience, this method is incredibly successful in knowledge acquisition. I want to be perfectly clear and state this method certainly isn't perfect. But for overall success, I believe that this repetition is not only necessary for higher accuracy for information recall, but vital in building a solid foundation in order to grammatical and rhetorically converse with competence in this realm of Academia. What is your approach to learning? I would love to hear your approach and examine what I can do to improve my technique in both teaching and learning. Eagerly awaiting your response.^_^
