I lived in Medellin and Bogota. You are absolutely right, my first trip in 2017 it wasn’t as bad, by 2019 Colombians started hating the Venezuelans. Now most of the tourists that get drugged robbed and murdered are killed by Venezuelan prostitutes. A homeless Venezuelan stepped out of that park right next to the Dann Carlton in broad daylight and stabbed a Panamanian tourist to death for his cellphone. He never even told the guy to give it to them. They could've sold those scooters to other states for a profit to put into their city for cheap and to help out people that don't have vehicles that have a hard time getting places. (Like the grocery stores, to work, etc). Government just doesn't care and don't think.
