True. The groom should have been charged with marrying a minor, and the father, with conducting that marriage. Also, the groom would also be charged with domestic violence and marital rape. The groom, his father and the panchayat should be charged with murder and common intent (section 302 and section 34). (Once the Panchayat is tried, held responsible, and punished for giving such verdicts over the law, they will not dispense their own twisted form of criminal justice). The Panchayat was in a way responsible for the murder, as they were the ones yelling about pride and prestige, forcing the father to conduct this murder. I have heard stories where the panchayats excommunicate people from the village for disobeying the words of the Panchayat, however they may be. The Panchayats should not dispense criminal justice. The criminal matters must be solved by the courts and police, not the panchayats. Panchayats are meant to administer the village and take care of civil decisions, like infrastructure and services.

Crime Patrol episodes are based on actual, real world police cases (the ones which were successfully solved, obviously), and just change the names and places so that it doesn't label the victims and break the privacy rules, for legal purposes.

When I was 17 year s old my real mama bring a ,,So called rishta for me The Man was 45+ year s old And Character less ,, i was In BSC second year ,, he did this because he wanted to marry her wife s sister with my brother ,, So He bring a Proposal for me ,,His sali was Same age of mine ,but as we were not that rich My real mama did that .. He pressurised my Parents to do this and told them that Even they don't have any right to See that 45+ aged Buddha ... I argued so much and tagged as Manner less , boycotted from society only because my mama and mami Romed Around as fire bugs ,, That man got married 2 times after that ,, Now I will marry with my choice ... And left All things on My lord ,, One day he will punish All of them Mama Mami ,mamis sister ,Her mother And that guy ,, Don't know if he did get paid for this thing
