In 2011, after the murder of Ashok Kadam, photo identity of all the taxi drivers of Mumbai should be showed to Fazal, OR the sketch of Kailash would be useful for police to reach their destination

So for that 2011 investigation- Chutiya investigation. Investigating officer of the 2nd murder case should be suspended who reported accidental death instead of homicide. I think he didnt investigate for post-mortem.
