The real murderer in this case is the extremely slow Indian judiciary.The victims loved ones rarely get justice in time. The law commission had pointed out in 1987 that the Judge to per 10lakh people ratio has to be 50 instead of 10.In 2002 the parliament set a goal to reach this ratio of 50 by 2007. Its pathetic that even by 2016 this ratio is only 12. This slow Judiciary is one of the biggest problem for Indians many corrupt,looters, and criminals benefit immensely due to this slow judiciary at the cost of good Indians.

Vaishali should be shown leniency when sentencing. Indian legal system is too slow to prosecute perpetrators of crime and punish them swiftly. If Manoj and his two friends had been prosecuted and sentenced within say 2 years for murdering her brother for no reason, Vaishali would not have sought revenge on Manoj. Her confession in the police station was dignified. Excellent acting by Vaishali and Police Officer of Kiran Baug Police Station.
