I kinda feel bad for Gursharan. Yea its easy to tell him to report to the police, but imagine yourself in his position. Gursharan should have called the police after he left Harvinder, I know he don't have a choice during the scenario because he is scare that his best friend will kill him hence a form of coercion, but Harvinder just left Singapore and forsake him, if Gursharan called the police sooner they might be able to catch the killer and Gursharan might be considered innocent.

This story is only Harvinder's version to his friend for killing his wife. He might be lying and omitting a lot of things so that Gusharan would pity him and help him. Killing someone is bad enough but going to the extent of cutting off the head can only express how cruel and enraged Harvinder was. Usually these kind of acts are not because of a one time incident.
