Two things I have noticed are: 1: the police don’t caution the suspect when they arrested him 2: The suspect doesn’t have a lawyer present when they’re questioned. I can make a third, which is the accused never pleads the fifth. Why’s this so? As far as illegal street racing goes, why hasn’t someone made a place for kids to race?

Process for questioning is slightly different, you may be questioned without the presence of a lawyer, but may request counsel after questioning. The fifth amendment rights you enjoy do not apply here.

You're either lying or you're stupid. The laws banning Gum selling and consumption for recreational use and illegal drone flying have a good reason. First of all, Gum obstructs lifts and causes maintenance problems, is used by vandals to commit crimes, prevent MRT doors from functioning properly which will cause a nationwide disruption and inconvenience to other commuters. Also, illegally flying a drone at a restricted area (Or flying a drone without government approval) will cause accidents which will result in uncountable amounts of damages to the aggrieved party. As for the permanent confiscation of their cars, the reason behind this is to stop others from being a danger to other pedestrians and fellow vehicle users.

But some drivers drive slow n accidents can happen too . If pedestrians don't check traffic n cross in a dangerous way . So don't always push the blame to the drivers .
