Colin Pitchfork was arrested and recalled to prison in November last year. He was caught breaching the terms of his licence, apparently by speaking to young girls. So many young girls think it will never happen to them and ignore everything they're told about being cautious. The third possible victim was older, stronger, and reacted well, but if she'd reported it, he'd have been caught and others wouldn't have been in danger. The man who took the test was clueless, I think he's long since paid for his mistake, he really didn't know, but it was the blood test that caught him. The Detective was spot on.
