Can you believe my husband‘s attorney arranged a plea deal for my husband before reviewing all of the evidence/discovery? I kept telling the attorney there is missing information from the discovery given by the prosecution (The discovery documents claim there was a flyover and the box is checked for aerial photos (that was the basis for the search warrant). Over 200 photos were in the discovery but every single photo was of evidence seized during the raid, not one aerial photograph. I continued asking the attorney to please ask the prosecutor for the aerial Photos evidence and the search warrant affidavit. He completely ignored me telling me it makes no difference. Then he negotiated a plea deal and told us it was a misdemeanor he would plead guilty to, I asked him repeatedly and confirmed with him it would be a misdemeanor because we were not willing to have my husband plead guilty to a felony (especially when I knew the supposed flyover was a complete lie because what they claim to have seen is nowhere consistent to what was actually out there. Our attorney agreed it was probably a lie to protect the confidential informant due to that person possibly being a family member. Discovery states nothing about a confidential informant. It has now been 211 days since we first received discovery from prosecutor. I had a discussion with the attorney after I found out my husband pled guilty to a felony - however, he has not yet gone for sentencing. We never received court paperwork after the plea hearing nor did we receive anything from the attorney. I only learned about the charge being a felony after I went onto the Maryland judiciary case search website to look at the case. When I confronted the attorney about the lie, he became very aggressive over the phone and would not even let me speak, saying things such as “ what’s it matter?” And “ I don’t give a rats ass if it was a misdemeanor or a felony”. He had me in tears. I then told him I paid him the money I did for him to fight for my husband, because my husband was not and any commission of a crime, he was set up. I told the attorney I don’t pay him to make his own decisions, I pay him to do what I ask of him and to guide me in that process. Now the man has had a change of heart and has finally decided to speak up to the prosecutor about the aerial photo evidence that was not included in the discovery we received, which should have been considering it was the basis for the search and seizure warrant on the home. Our attorney spoke with the prosecutor three weeks ago and he also put it in writing that he would like the aerial photos, flight log information, and names of officers or agents on that flight. Three weeks and no response whatsoever yet. Upon my own research I found motions to compel discovery must be filed within 10 days of the day discovery was provided. Would that be true in this case? Also - if there are no aerial photos, that means a lawn Forssman officer lied to obtain the search and seizure warrant for the invasion of the home. And that, would be the tree of the poisonous fruit (all evidence found), is that correct? And 2 - if there ARE aerial photos and they do not show what they claimed they did & being they were not provided in the discovery, would this be considered withholding exculpatory evidence by the prosecution?

I mean I think what people think is lawyers are expensive and they can charge whatever and you need a lawyer but you make it seem so obvious and it is kind of I just didn’t think of it that way either. We just think we can’t do it without a lawyer and will pay any amount not thinking about what they’re gonna do for you. Thank you for making this I’m just curious about this particular thing because my ex owes me a Restitution and I’m seeing what would happen if he tried to weasel out of it....and I found a video LOL. He probably didn’t see the light or hear the bell. 😂😂I’m sure his Atty over charged him cause I told him he was going to go to jail and his “Atty said he was legally allowed to do ....(something illegal)?” I was like dude. You need a better attorney because I’m telling you.... you can not. The attorney was either an idiot or just didn’t give a f! Lol You would be the kind or straight fed atty I’d want ! I have found my path to law. I'm not an attorney and never been to law school but I have found that learning the law has made me an honorable person so when I engage in acts that are MALIM PROHIBATOM I can argue why not only didn't I break the law but in reality I was actually enjoying a right or liberty interest but my interest must outweigh the goverment interest. My argument needs to be compelling and must have merit. MENS REA being the bedrock of criminal law I figure if I can use the constitution and courts holdings to justify my actions then both elements of MEN'S REA can not be satisfied and I hope worst case scenario it mistake of law not ignorance of it. I love the rule of law and I try to avoid locknerizing as much as possible but I think judicial activism is the only way to gain freedom and retain liberty because if someone don't know there rights they don't got an. Not sure what this has to do with your video but it just got me motivated. Thanks again

lol, loved your video, very entertaining, and you kept a straight face through the entire video, you are good man, but lets be honest here - all lawyers and judges belong to the same "good ol' boys" club (BAR). The Corporation want money and that is the bottom line.. Ever heard the expression "strawman", bet you have, and you know it is all commerce.. What people really need is a language interpreter in order to understand the language of the foreign corporation we know as the Federal Government. You could educate and help people separate their living being from the liability of the "strawman", and claim beneficiary of their own estate. Every time anyone signs their name they should put UD behind it.. Such as "John Dow ud". Even on your own personal checks.. This will help throw a monkey wrench in any implied or presumed contracts.. Your real person name may be John Dow but your fictitious government created corporation is JOHN DOW, of which the government holds you liable for.. Don't believe me - check your drivers license or car registration and see if it isn't in all caps.. This is how the government takes your right of passage away and sells it back to you in the form of a privilege.. And they beat you into submission by a barrage of tickets and court appearances.. I hear that CA is now issuing exemption plates and licenses which are free, not sure how that all plays out with the statutes (you may not be speeding unless you cause harm). But if you live in CA you may want to check into it. Another thing folks always put your zip code in () example - (55555), and always use at least 3 letters as your state identity and always precede your street address with "c/o", such as "c/o 123 Main Street Holliwood, Calif (00000)..
