Hi mam, My uncle filed 1 false cheque bounce and 3 false promissory note case on my mother and 2 promissory note cases on my father to take revenge on her due some family issues as she asked for share in the property, now we sent the the documents for forensic evaluation to get age of ink, she has multiple health issues and should not take any mental tension. Now she not able to attend to the court hearings, she missed one of the court hearings and expertly order passed now what is the remedy for reinitiate the court proceedings, also suggest some alternative options for the patient people if they are not in a position to attend the court due to health issues.
