With no prior convictions, I don’t see why dirk can’t get bail. Most important factor is priors, especially if our system is based on innocent until proven guilty. Not a lawyer but I’ve filed multiple 1983 suits Pro Se in civil court. so I’m familiar with the federal courts.

People saying pray for him and that Jesus will free him but you can’t use the lord for unbelievers and even believers are ignored. If you are a believer and you live a life of iniquities and transgressions the lord say all prayer falls short he doesn’t hear the voice of unrighteousness. Those who work the field’s of unrighteousness have wages of death to be paid. He has denied the Son now let Allah save him.
