@@daempresssqueenI get where you’re coming from. Just from a legal procedure standpoint, the judge would not have the authority to dismiss the case based on the arguments presented. But as of a couple of days ago there’s new arguments being presented for why the judge should dismiss the case. I’ll break that down soon.

There is a lot of guilt by association following Jay Z. And if he’s innocent it would be understandable that he is concerned this could damage his career and possibly even his family life. But with all that said. The one thing that is unbelievable is that that he didn’t realize how bad those parties were. For most people who believe that type of behavior is disgustingly as Jay Z has proclaimed it would seem unlikely they would feel so close to them. So it must not feel as awful to him as he claims. No one is naive to things these rappers did years ago when they were in the life. But it seems like most of them cling to that life even when they are lucky enough to escape it

If they drugged and raped a 13 year old girl back then, while they may not know her name, I am sure that they knew she was underage. They thought that it would eventually just go away! It's going to be extremely interesting to see if/when her identity is revealed. If true, they deserve to lose everything. Remember, "GOD IS NO RESPECTER OF PERSON'S". What's done in the dark will definitely come to the light. Can't wait to see how this plays out. If Jay Z decides to settle rather a jury trial....GUILTY AS SIN but it certainly won't change facts and truth and who cares if she's 37 year's old now!!! Rape is rape...period!!!

If you’re not a woman, you may not understand how physically damaging rape could be. Especially as a child who is likely a virgin. You would be physically injured by something that brutal, especially 2 grown men?!!! I can’t believe, if this happened, she told no one and did not seek medical attention. I mean, she’d be bloody and torn. (Sorry to be graphic.) I had a consensual encounter at age 17 when I was inexperienced, and I was literally ripped and bleeding.

Let's say the judge had agreed to throw out the Jay Z case before it went to trial, then lots of people would be outraged and would think he was guilty and had got away with it. So by the judge insisting that the case goes ahead, Jay Z has the chance to definitively prove he is innocent, and that will silence his critics. So far the case against him seems remarkably weak from the Jane Doe claims so far, as there seems to be no evidence to support her and her claims are full of mistakes. There is a massive lesson one can learn from Michael Jackson, he had false accusers, but he paid them off for a quiet life. But he regretted that, as it just opened doors for other false accusers. Diddy has tons of accusers, so far Jay Z just has this one. I dont think he would make such a public stand if he was guilty, but if he was guilty I think he would have quietly had talks with Buzbee and paid off the accuser, like possibly celebrity B has done. I think Buzbee thought Jay Z would do a Michael Jackson, and pay up just for a quiet life, even though he was innocent. Unless there is film, it is just the word of hers against his, and it may well turn out she is just another lying opportunist, like Jag, Mesha, copying other real victims experience and pretending it is hers. The you realise the "victims" are the predators, and the "predators" are actually the victims.

@@LT-em1vu um, courts have protocols they have to follow regardless of whether a random civilian like you thinks it is true or false. This is to ensure that they do their job thoroughly, and make sure nothing is rushed and any important details are not missed. Rushing the process is not beneficial for the accuser OR Jay Z. We do not have access to ALL the information that the jury, attorneys, and the judge have to go through. We don't see every piece of info that the Feds have. She wouldn’t remember all she remembers is that she woke up and she didn’t feel right. She knows that something happened. Question where were her parents. Personally, when children are involved this is serious and justice must be served. I want to see how this plays out in court and see what the jury decides.

Inconsistencies based on a television interview or discovery physical evidence, & testimonies ? ? ?
@crystalscott99485 күн бұрын
Based on her own words. The story changed from what she reported to what she said in interview yet she is standing on when it happened and who she talked too!
@Camille_Janai3 күн бұрын
@@crystalscott9948 sooo inconsistencies based on the interviews? The inconsistencies matter the most if its from the discovery of physical evidence and testimonies from other witnesses. Inconsistencies from her own words is not enough to dictate whether it is true or not, thats why we use multiple forms of evidence. Going off of what she has said in interviews is not reliable, especially if they are not asking her the questions that should be asked. We already know that some interviewers will ask or pressure people to admit to things that never even happened.
@crystalscott99483 күн бұрын
@@Camille_Janai granted we haven’t gotten to discovery, you, like me and every other somebody that is commenting, is going off what WE already know which is what she reported in her official lawsuit AND what she said in her interview, why what she said in her interview not hold up in court when it’s suppose be HER words? They may not have asked her certain questions or what ever you think that should have been deemed legal but nothing about her interview that we saw showed she was being manipulated they allowed her to tell her story and as far as witnesses are concerned if there is more I guess we will know more about them too in discovery, if her dad( witness) had of corroborated her story would he still be a witness, or is his account not valid because he didn’t say what most wanted him to say?
@Camille_Janai3 күн бұрын
@ all that you just said...does not change my point at all. Once again, that is why we use multiple forms of evidence, not just her words. What I said isn't even based off of her case specifically, its general fact. It applies to any case. So if all we have is her words so far....you need to hush and let the courts do their job lol. My point still stands. This is normal protocol, they were not going to dismiss her case at this point anyways. They may dismiss it later on when they have looked at MORE EVIDENCE, but as of now, they are not dismissing it. Thats what you all do not get when this is basic stuff.
@crystalscott99482 күн бұрын
@ I have no problem what so ever about letting this play out in court, as far as her word that’s how we got here, also what I said still stands, I don’t need you to explain to me this is protocol I am also very well aware this case wasn’t going to be dismissed this early, as we haven’t made it to discovery! I’m still till entitled to my opinions!

It appears to me that Mr Buzby knowing the status of JZ, he would have just sent JZ a letter of presentment, stating the allegations a client of his is making against him. Therefore, by apprising JZ of the possibility of a future law suit, JZ's attorneys would have saw the allegations as that, allegations and not "extortion." So do u see Mr Buzby as wrong by not giving "deference" to JZ? Thank you!
