Thank you for explaining the difference between the first amendment right to free speech and people's privilege to have social media accounts. The first amendment only protects you from government persecution, private companies can kick you off their platform, jobs can fire you, schools can kick you out. Does a person have a right to earn a living? This isn't in the constitution obviously, but a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness should pertain when a post you made on social media can get you fired from your job, and effect your ability to feed yourself or your family now or in the future. Let's be real. Social media companies have more rights now than the freaking government does, because the government enmasse isn't trying to get people fired for having opinions. There needs to be huge changes and regulations because they are far to big, powerful, and encompassing to everything we do.

I've only seen one video of his before and he struck me as a very carefully crafted character from the ground up. Everything from his manner of speech to the content of what he says, it's designed to do many things to many people and craft a platform for maximum exposure for him as "the product". All I know is that Andrew Tate has never screwed me out of money, or my personal reputation. Lawyers on the other hand, have. One took our money, ( Business dispute between my wife and 2 other misogynistic owner) then told us that he didn't have the expertise to handle our case, no refund. In the same case another, took our money and made phone calls, 0 results. Then the principle of the firm took over, (After he ghosted) and got a settlement, which took 60 percent of our settlement. I had an employment case with another attorney, who took my money, ( and others ) and partied with her new husband totally ignoring all of her clients. The bar association in that state totally protects her to this day. In an age of old men dressing as women, Supreme Court justices who can't define a woman, and cheated elections who have installed a feeble , alzhimers patient into the white house, I don't care what Andrew Tate says ( learned about him an hour ago) or how he dresses, but I'm with him, and now you know why.
