Most people don't use the term Cold Open unless it's a live show, even though the definition includes scenes before the theme song, which is most shows now, back in the day the theme song came before any scene. Cold Open is used less often these days because so many shows use an opening scene before the theme. I asked my writer friend and he said it usually a term they use for live tv. They just use opening scene for scripted.

same, I really love their friendship and how they aren't romantic with each other. I think it's interesting how they are flirty, very close with each other and don't really give off a sibling vibe yet despite that, they don't give off any romantic vibes either, like i've never once felt that there was anything romantic between them. The actors really did a good job in conveying how the characters have chemistry but not romantic chemistry, really showing viewers a very wholesome positive female and male friendship :)
