Sir Crpc mn jo 2nd schedule ha us mn sirf PPC k offense k related btaya gya ha k kon sa cognizable/non cognizable ha ya bailable/non bailable ha etc etc......but sawal ya ha k jo special laws hn means FIA ,Anti curruption etc un k har har section ka kesy pta chly ga k ya cognizable offence ha ya nhi or ya bailable offence ha ya nhi..... kindly is baary mn thori rehnumain famain shukriya

21 is not the max age limit. It depends on the educational policy of every university. Punjab University as well as colleges affiliated with it have no age limit for admission. Others may have. You can always check with the institute you wish to take admission in.
