This lecture is very helpful. But I have a question with regards to the qualified positions under the jurisdiction of sandiganbayan. Isn't it the Vice-Mayor under the jurisdiction of sandiganbayan? Why is it in the example given, the vice-mayor is not under the jurisdiction of sadiganbayan? Thank you.

The example speaks of a municipal vice mayor. Only a CITY vice mayor is listed as among those who shall be charged in the Sandiganbayan

Can one defends it self for the accusation of simple disonidience? 4 police man arrested the victim for disobidience and resistance(resistance is a lie). If 4 police men testify against 1 defendand, will the defenand loose automatically?

Good day judge, This lecture is so informative, all there is to know about criminal procedure are neatly packed in this video. Let me take this opportunity to ask what will happen to an information filed by the prosecutor in court of which the judge already issued a warrant of arrest and the accused is already in the cuatody of law then suddenly a previous perition either for review before the Secretary of Justice or petition for certiorari before the CA is ruled in favor of the accused finding grave abuse of discretion or declaring void the resolution of the provincial prosecution finding probable cause which was the basis if filing such information in the first place?
