Brandon, when I was working retail management for a certain small box chain, we had all of our stores in the area hit by a organized shoplifter/shoplifters who stole every can of R32 from all of our stores. The compressors could have been cut to steal the refrigerant and resell it. I've also read that some people use R32 to get high. Could be someone looking for a high and they cant afford their drug of choice. Maybe check with the police and see if other vending machines in the area have also been hit.

Maybe it’s that competitor in town you’re mentioned? Just seems like very odd and wise vandalism to keep a machine uncool with the capability to give someone a warm coke still

Hey Brandon, I was one of your first subscribers. I subscribed on an account named South Jersey Gambler, which I’ve since lost access to. I remember when you had less than 100 subscribers, I remember seeing you hit 10,000 subs, and then I stopped using KZbin as often….well now I’m back, and I am NOT shocked at the fact that you have over 1,500,000 subscribers. I subscribed because I knew you were special and would make out well in all of you endeavors. I am beyond happy to see you making semi-passive income through so many avenues. Congratulations on the subscriber count, your business growth, and all of your other achievements from when I first viewed your videos at your start until now, and may there be many more accolades and high points to come🥂

@OURBENEFACT0RS2 жыл бұрын
Better to try other solutions first. Cages create a bad mood and atmosphere. First try better lighting, moving them to a different spot, or bolting them in place (and blocking the vulnerable rear).

Those vending machines sounds like revenge. So many machines at two different locations. Seem like some one went out of their way to screw with those machines. Either way, nail their ass .

sell your rental homes / quickly to much headaches in those low income neighborhoods % rates will continue to rise...
@troymills94372 жыл бұрын
Brandon, back of the envelope math says your gross rental yield on one of the BRRR rent houses in this video is around 17.25%. Purchase price of $65K, renovation cost of $15K gives total cost of $80K. Rental income of $13.8K (1150 x 12). What is your expected net $on$ yield? I presume you have no mortgage on this type of property. What are your property taxes and insurance? Do you have an in-house property management company? What is that costing you? What are your average make ready costs for this type of property? Based on a comment you made in the video it sounds like it could be around $$2.5K. Is the net cash flow worth all of the headaches?

You own vending machines and don't know the money is not in the box, which is hard to access, it is in the compressor, which is purposely open in back. 30 years ago a ring hit hotels in Austin, only taking compressors.

@@charlesyates6687 lol. I discovered that the squiggly red line can be right clicked, and then suggested proper spellings can be auto filled. I saw some kid less than 1/3rd my age do it at work. Now 'setaline' does not provide that, however tbh what I did was open a browser tab, and misspell acetylene and let that browser search offer the proper spelling and then paste it into my comment. So, man to man, Chuck, I meant no disrespect, and appreciate dry humor, hope I can pass along a great feature for future use. Again, to be honest, I used the feature repeatedly while composing this.

How does cutting the compressor lines damage the vending machines, can't you just replace the lines?
@swampcabbage32392 жыл бұрын
Because the relay at the compressor would still be calling to run and become very hot and kill the compressor if you didn’t catch it in time
@lukem92462 жыл бұрын
they're refrigeration lines, so it'd all have to be rebrazed and re charged with refrigerant, not to mention any damage to the compressors
