I like this bullet allot!! Try seating INTO rifling. This is acceptable in cast NOT IN JACKETED!!

I'm curious at .243 velocities, what is the leading situation in the barrel look like? It wouldn't take much at those pressures to be a serious problem. Looking forward to a video of you shooting them and maybe getting some data on them. Thanks for sharing.
