He just hits every shot. It has nothing to do with how fast you'll be able to kill ppl yourself. It may suck fighting really good players but on average it will be fine. Now when the average skill starts getting higher it will benefit from increasing ttk but not off rip.

@@Pryde_Na my dude, like 97% of All players including Pros have all said times like the Old days where Reaction Time and Raw gun skill were the Best times, hence Movement kinda killed CoD for most ppl, gives ways for ppl lacking Gun skill and reaction time other ways to outplay the enemy not to mention everything is like a 2-3 shot kill nowadays which is trash, requires less accuracy and therefore less Skill. Why you think BO2 is WIDELY Regarded as the Best CoD ever, Almost no movement, high skill tier, Great Maps, No SBMM, Awesome Streaks and the list goes on! Crim is right 99% of ppl arnt gonna like this, Zombies is this games only Hope!!
