Yeah I was thinking the same thing, a lot of games make you feel like a weakling slowly chipping away at a clearly more powerful enemy that could swat you away if it wanted. Whereas this fight feels like two powerful warriors with their own fighting styles trading blows, the only other game with boss fights that made me feel like that was Metal Gear Rising: Revengence or the Deathstroke boss fight in Arkham Origins

🔥🔥 I'm super excited in our Reed Man's lore. It's cool we did not finish him. First, it is good to see he has some depth. He does not value his life at all, he gave like... three indication during this short fight already! It's tragic how he ended up as a slum-dweller, then his father only shows up when he needs him, just to end up being a disgusting bully, and trying to end his son's life (I mean, just imagine having to fight against your father for your life simply because of your origin and how you look? - Awful). Based on the voice lines it seems like the father had something to do with the mother's death - because he knew she died. If turns out that a noble has a child from a random low-born woman, they can get terribly punished, or even killed. I bet this happened to Reed man too. Poor guy. I hope we don't have to kill him. *Also GIVE US THE FACE REVEAL.*

Yeah and it makes no sense cause they remove this audio during the fighting, where it would be way louder than simply walking. So It must be a factor for walking immersion because the world does seem to be a bit empty. The sorts of background audibles that keep the player engaged while traversing. Definitely need to lower it though. Way too loud.

This game has exceeded my expectations. I've played many games since the PS1 era back in 1998, but I haven't been this excited in a long time (except for Metal Gear Solid 2). The release is expected in 2025, and I hope they fine-tune the minor details before launch. If the final product matches what I've seen so far, I won't ask for anything more. If it runs at 60 FPS on the PS5, it will undoubtedly be a strong contender for GOTY.

개인적인 피드백 : - 2:30 부분에서 햇빛 반사를 사용하는데, 저 부분은 그늘이라서 조금 어색한 느낌입니다. 크게 신경쓸 부분은 아니나, 저는 그렇게 느꼈습니다! - 갈대가 잘려나가는 연출과 파티클 효과가 정말 낭만있고 멋지나, 검술 공격 시 빛가루가 날리는 이펙트와 함께 다소 눈이 아프다는 지적이 있습니다. 파티클 효과 및 카메라 흔들림 강도를 조절할 수 있는 설정을 넣어주실거라 믿겠습니다! - 전투가 끝난 후 6:57 부분에서 클리프가 검을 집어넣는데, 계속 경계하다가 리드 데빌이 검은 입자가 되어 멀리 날아가는걸 확인한 후에 검을 집어넣도록 하면 연출이 더 자연스러울 것 같습니다! 보스전 영상 4개에 모두 각각 피드백을 달아두겠습니다. 보실지는 모르겠지만 붉은사막이 잘 되었으면 좋겠습니다!

Crimson Desert looks beautifully unique. The combat continues to shine more and more each time they release a video. I love this. A great mix of high-octane combat and dialogue. This is amazing!

@@agrillhasnoname You are the same misinformation BDO lovers that said Black Desert plays like Devil May Cry way back then. This is truly sad. Black desert has no true combat mechanics, no timed dodges, no clashing, no parrying, no true grappling/grabs, no world physics, no nothing. Never has and never will. BDO is all flashy effects, animations focused on grinding mobs towards attack damage building and abuse of I-frames. It does not have any air-combos and no way to lift NPC enemies up nor other real players into the air. There is no climbing any enemies. "Jumping" in BDO is very bare-bones and is just a simple hop and only very few of the classes even have the "single useless attack animation" from the hop that does no true damage anyway. No one uses it at all. I played BDO on PC a bit in 2018 but my laptop wasn't good. Then I played it fully on PS4->PS5 for years constantly since 2019 and quit it in Q3 2022 hoping it would get better the entire time, but no and will never go back.

@@sevionus80I appreciate your paragraph but you’ve said a whole lot of nothing, let’s be real here, this is really a super polished BDO, BDO does have the best combat of any mmo granted it has it’s issues but it still ranked the prettiest looking MMOs out there. Now as a long time player of the game I can spot some exact move sets like the moon blade slash the warrior sword and shield uses or the shadow step the ninja uses, it’s all too similar, now is that a bad thing Big NO, but stop bashing people that say this game is just a BDO 2 because it is. Now this only matters if you’ve played BDO but if your a new comer then yes and you’ve never seen this type of combat/mechanics before so enjoy 😊.

NGL, a big worry i had about this game was the effect sensory overload, but honestly, this quells that a bit. The effects don't seem like too big of a deal, at least in a 1v1 battle.
