I too had some Cabela’s bucks burning a hole in my pocket and just ordered one of these - granted it was off of Bass Pro, but it was free.

I personally look through the retical when sighting in my red dot, that way I can watch where the dot is moving

That works, but hard after you've sighted it in already and you need to change it just 1-2 clicks right or left.

Yeah I bought two myself before watching your video. I mounted it on my 9mm carbine rifle and took it to the range. Needed to adjust windage and elevation so I went to unscrew the cap and exactly the same problem, no indication at all for windage or elevation. I opened the manual thinking that it would mention it….nothing there either. So I had to guess on both windage and elevation….wasting ammo, of course. Was irritating and pissed off, really 🤷♂️

Yeah, kinda stupid for them to do that

Thanks for the review. I see you have about the same thing t say about it as Papa's Place did. I feel the same way except at least your box had a Model number on it. Mine has ZERO identification other than CT . I think they are playing a suckers game with this product.

Good vid thanks for the education on red dot sights as I dont know anything. I'm thinking of getting a red dot for my 45carbine, what do you suggest for a 'good bang for the buck' model? I had a crimson trace laser sight that came on a Kahr 45 pistol and hated it. It never stayed put and was constantly readjusting! I actually hate that pistol now too lol

Hey Mike Thanks for the review. Hear Crimson Trace laser grips are pretty good, maybe this red dot will be OK for a plinking gun ! Look forward to the shooting test. The products, warrantees and service are good on is Feyachi products. Life-time guarantee :-)) Would be cool to see your view on these products.

On another note: Have you ever used reclaimed lead from car batteries? Do you think it would work? I don´t think its a good idea. I am doing research for a videogame mod.
@reloader7sixtwo2 жыл бұрын
Never attempt to reclaim lead from car batteries. Not only is the amount of lead not worth the effort, the gasses generated from the chemicals used in car batteries which impregnates the lead and melting down that lead is deadly even in small amounts.
@FullLeadTaco2 жыл бұрын
Reclaiming lead from batteries can be VERY dangerous and toxic. There are some pretty strong acids and chemicals that can really do damage to your lungs/body if you don't know how to neutralize them properly. I would NOT recommend doing so.

Hi, nice video. I was looking for this cheap red dot model, since I don't want to spend a lot of money. I am planning a similar setup in an PSA AK-V. You filmed this video 8 months ago. What do you think now compared to a Bushnell trs26 or a sig Romeo 5? Regards

Sig Romeo 5 is better

@@FullLeadTaco Thanks, finally got a Holosun 403b, and a Bushnell RXS250, since no Sig was available here (at a reasonable price). Will try both and decide, the RXS its smaller, so less "combloc AK cosmetic compromise" Regards Rodrigo
