@@linnazhu3083 Hi! I would write about something you are passionate about. I wrote my Hopkins specific essay on my love of math. From the ages of 11-18 I spent my summers teaching myself math ranging from Algebra 1 to Multivariable calculus. From the ages of 13-18, during the summer I taught myself math while also taking care of my younger brother. If you write about a topic that truly excites you, your love of the topic and a part of who you are will shine through your essay allowing the reader to understand your personality. Hope this helped :)

@Connie It’s been great! Academically, I’ve been able to learn a lot about what I’m passionate about and take some interesting classes. The classes can sometimes have their challenges, but you can’t grow without a challenge. The university and the extracurriculars that I’ve been able to participate in have helped given me the opportunity to intern and work at places I only dreamed of as a kid, so I really can’t complain. It’s crazy that in a year it’ll be time to graduate! It went by fast
