That thing does pretty good, considering there's no suspension. The V-twin sounds awesome especially after you added the muffler! The engine would probably rev higher with a bigger carburetor. Great looking mudmower!

Made the mount out of the lightest angle iron I had from an old bedframe! Went with three supports to try to keep flexing/ vibration to a minimum

If you want more throttle response, try one of those other holes you drilled in the bell crank linkage. Remember when you literally said you wanted it at the least sensitive setting? 😂 all in good fun but that did make me laugh a bit.

This is one of those things that would be much more fun in a group. By yourself it could get a bit boring. For instance I have no issue with riding quads or motorcycles alone but with my RC cars it's boring alone. Just my 2 cents.

You could let some air out of the back tires it would ride so much better and save your kidneys. I really like this build. I have 3 gt 6000 and one 316. Most guys go slow off road I'm to old to go fast been there got the tee shirt and the scars to prove it. I thought about putting back rims off a tw 200 Yamaha dog on the front of mine. With the brakes.

Nice to se you tinkering with this again, Could the slow REV issue be due to the larger pully rotating mass. I bet if you were in mud with i RPMs it wouldnt bog down much at all.

Try building a plate and 2 pin keeper at the cluch idler assembly so that when you roll farther into the release point it will act as a belt stop...lookin very cool !

Definitely could, but dusl ATV tires would put way too much leverage on transaxle. Dual motocross knobbies wouldnt be so bad for leverage, but would be right back to terribly rough ride quality
