Jenni Ognats, Dawn's daughter, Barry and Iris's granddaughter, first manifested speed powers when her father was kidnapped by dominators. Later she joined the legion of super heroes and had a crush on Mon-el. She usually wears a single braid. Her cousin Bart traveled back in time to become kid flash. I know many people think the waitress is Dawn, but I think she's Jenni. Dawn almost never appears without her brother, this happened in the Supergirl episode of the crossover which also featured a Dominator and mon-el, and Jenni is much more impulsive than her mother much like her cousin. Traveling back in time just for a wedding is a huge risk to the timeline. Plus introducing Dawn opens up the sillt secret origin of Iris... But we'll see...

Hmm, considering how stuffed this four episode crossover is with the main characters and the villains, anyone outside of that HAS to be someone important, so considering everything that wedding serving girl was doing while talking to Barry, I'd agree with her being Dawn Allen.
