You have to be kidding! Of course he should post at the highest possible quality, and if that can include 60fps then it's all the better.

@@FireAngelOfLondon No, I am not kidding. 60 fps does nothing to improve image quality, only doubles the frame rate and the required bandwidth, as well as more taxing on cpu. There is zero benefit. I doubt the source video was even recorded at 60 fps. 30 fps is typical.
