Awesome video. Everyone I meet and talk with about boots I highly recommend these boots to them. In 8 months I have 2300+ miles on my Nevadas. With all my problems, these boots have made all my pains go away and allowed me to do what I love.

Ok.. I am a rifle hunter in Oregon for both blacktail and elk. Some seasons the season starts out at 80 degrees but by the end it can be in the 30s with dumping rain... I hike a lot with a heavy pack and want to stay dry and warm without being too hot. Aaaaaaand go!

I think the Nevada would work well. I would go with an uninsulated boot and wear a heavyweight sock when the temp drops.

What would you recommend for an archery hunter in Hawaii? I hunt in varied climates and the lava rock chews boots up?

I am on my third pair of Lapponia. I am a cattleman in wv . They are the best boot ever . I walk more every week than most people will walk all hunting season.

Hello🙌 Which model of Lapponia do you wear?

Great info! I run the insulated briksdal gtx for colder weather. Would the summit gtx be a good un insulated option to run or would you suggest a different boot? How much different is the toebox between the briksdal and the summit? Keep rocking!🤘

Good video looking for a light weight waterproof mountain climbing cold weather boot, would you carry any models for those conditions honestly my boots after 5-10 miles rip my feet up
@DustinBaileyOutdoors Жыл бұрын
I would try the briksdal. That are pretty light and are offered in an insulated model.

Review of Crispi Thor after a Dall sheep hunt up here in Alaska were I live. The cloth eyelets at the ankle blew out...terrible design flaw. Also the gortex in the boot is only 2 inches high leading to cold, wet feet crossing 3 inch creeks. A better design would be metal eyelets instead of cloth, and no gortex or a full gortex bootie.

Im looking at the Lapponnia for Missouri early season bow hunting. A lot of boots I try on are extremely tight in the toes. For work I wear Thorogood American made boots. Was wondering how Crispi compare in the toe? Thanks
@DustinBaileyOutdoors Жыл бұрын
I have a pair of the Colorado boots and the toe is really roomy, especially in a wide size.

I bought a pair of Summit GTX boots in March of 2019 for an elk shed hunting trip in the Black Hills SD. They worked great out there and were lightweight, waterproof and comfortable out of the box. HOWEVER after wearing them all summer the heel has worn down to a point that I can't wear them. The customer service rep told me the wear was due to my "personal Stride". In other words they wore out because I walked in them. Not only did I find that insulting it dodged the question of why a $300 boot only lasts 6 months. This company does not back up their product warranty. If you have "personal stride" issues, don't buy this boot. They're junk.

Meindl Bhutan MFS or Tatra II GTX , are the 2 best overall, a bit on the heavy side though. if it's heavy for your tastes, then Zamberlan 996 Vioz GTX or Salomon Quest 4D 3 GTX. if still heavy for your tastes then go for AKU Men's Slope Micro GTX. These are the top 5 best boots on the market. Happy new year!!!

I need to hear about cold weather boots. I feel like that was completely avoided. Hope I'm wrong, but it could be that this is just an early season product. Please give me feedback.

Terrible Customer Service - I purchased two sizes of the Monaco GTX to ensure I had the correct size. I then wore them around the house for two weeks, and over that time, they felt fine. After two long hikes, the heel of the Monaco's stretched and are now uncomfortable. When I contacted Crispi corporate, they told me there was nothing they could do, and I could try some different insoles. With their customer service, this is the first and last pair of Crispi boots I will ever purchase. I’ve owned three other pairs of Kenetrek boots, which are great, but I will never buy another pair of Crispi boots because of their customer service.

I had a bad experience with this company and lost $400.00 in the process plus shipping. I don't care if the boots are any good or not if the company behind them isn't honest. There are a lot of boot manufacturers out there so I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Where would the Dakota fit in here?
@powstash6 жыл бұрын
Good question John. It would be right there with the non-insulated Nevada in fit and function. Quite honestly we should have featured it with this lineup. We are doing a mid-season boot lineup this week which will have some from this lineup and some we missed of which the Dakota will be included.

So I just got off the phone with one of their customer service and trying to find information about a boot being prior military I was told military and police law enforcement receive a 10% discount and also guide companies receive a 30% discount which seems completely backwards because if it wasn't for the military you wouldn't be able to sell this boot and Market this boot the way that you are a highly think people should look in to how many military personnel are actually Hunters not how many KZbin channels can show off a product because it was given to them. Until this is resolved I will not purchase this boot or anything else from this company it's merely principle. And absolutely I would love to have someone from this company call me to straighten out this matter.
@pilgrim666butters4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your service. You are getting a discount which is nice in the first place. Giving a larger discount to a guide is a simply a business dissension, its pretty obvious. A guide service deals with ALOT of hunters and the hunters that choose to hire a guide are probably well off financially. When a client and guide are simply bullshitting they will be talking about gear. The client will be interested in his opinions of certain items of gear and MAY take his opinion very sincerely. Thus selling more boots... Pretty simple, and pretty god damn obvious.
@reviloford50724 жыл бұрын
Just because it's obvious doesnt make it right. I risk my life for you to live yours. Or, I show you where an animal is. Which deserves a bigger discount? Pretty obvious indeed

Crispi usa is a really poor choice I would recommend going with another boot option they don't back there products and I wasted 300 plus shipping and was treated horrible from there customer service going to spend more money on another brand and my crispi are going in the trash buying their boot is a gamble could just be throwing cash in the garbage
@brapbrap874 жыл бұрын
Untested junk. Customer service sucks and the boots will trash your feet. These guys make a huge effort to get you to buy, and then make life difficult for exchanges or refunds. Worst boot I've ever used.
