@@mikelance7175 It works... in 2018 in italy a child of 4 years old with a severe case of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with insured death, since chemotherapy failed twice and had quick relapses, with this technique and in just 2 weeks the leukemia cells were totally gone for good in further exams and never came back...

Yes, Cas9-RNA complexes in most cases. Sometimes without the RNA (apo) and sometimes with a green fluorescent protein fused to.
