Pork skin sisig recipe.
ENGREDIENTS :
600 grams. Pork skin
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Peppercorn
3 pcs. Bay leaves
2 tbsp. Butter
1 medium Onion, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 pcs. Siling haba, sliced
1 stalk Spring onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Liquid seasoning
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 Lemon juice
1 large Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste.
