Love banana chips. Loved watching farm fresh banana chips too. Beg to differ on the authenticity of Kerala chips - 1. It's a completely different variety of banana which gives the yellow colour(so no need to add haldi) 2. It's fried in coconut oil which gives a completely different taste than normal banana chips. For Kerala Banana chips you’ve to use Plantains(a banana variety) ..it’s comes automatically yellow while frying without even adding Turmeric..preparation should be in coconut oil for that authentic taste
