With this simple method, I made the easiest, most delicious and fun crispy baguette I've ever made. With this recipe, you will no longer buy bread from outside. Warm water
-- 5 g / 1 teaspoon
dry yeast
-- 200gr/ 5.66oz
Yogurt
-- 550-570g/ 19.4-20.1oz
bread flour
--10g of salt
-- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/ 428°F for 15-17 minutes.
