Capsicum - 2 tbsp (finely Chopped)
Bread Slices
For All Purpose Flour/ Maida paste :

Water - 4 tbsp
For Slurry:
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 3 tbsp
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - To make slurry
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying
