Crispy Delights: Authentic Dhaka Fried Chicken

Welcome to our culinary journey through the vibrant streets of Dhaka! In this video, we're bringing you the authentic flavors of Bangladesh with our Dhaka Fried Chicken recipe. Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with a symphony of spices and crispy goodness.
👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
1. Chicken - 1/2 Kg.
2. Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp.
3. Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
4. Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp.
5. Salt - 1 tsp OR to taste.
6. Roasted & crushed coriander seeds - 1 tsp.
7. Roasted & crushed cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
8. Crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
9. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
10. Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp.
11. Egg - One pc.
12. Corn flour - 4 tbsp.
13. Plain flour - 4 tbsp.
14. Cooking oil - for deep frying.
15. Orange food color - 1/4 tsp.
🔪 Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients including spices into the chicken.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Add egg, corn flour and plain flour before frying.
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on each strip.
5. Enjoy!!
🍽️ Tips and Tricks:
1. Marinate at least for 30 minutes.
2. Pre heat the cooking oil before introducing the chicken strips for crispy texture.
