I am a Korean living in the US, and I have been seeing so many KZbin tutorials how to make Kimchi (by non-Koreans) and so many times made me disappointed. But your tutorial is good. I give you thumbs up!!!!

I must try this. I'm from Hawaii and Kim Chee was a staple in the kitchen. I did make it once a very long time ago. It makes a yummy dip when mixed in with softened cream cheese.

I bought some from the store once and that was a big no. It was horrible. I’d definitely like to try making it myself. I enjoyed your video as always.

What brand of fish sauce do you like, and can I use the radish and pear together. Every recipe of yours I have tried have been truly delicious.

You make all kinds of good foods. I had kimchi years ago. I liked it. Can you make lumpia (from the Philippine. To me it's better than egg rolls which I also like. Thank you!

Don't know if you ever watched MASH, the Koreans made kimchi, they buried it underground. Don't know if that's true
