Heat up the oil on medium high heat until it reaches 170C/ 180C. When you put the calamary into the oil, there should be small bubbles, thats when you know the temperature is right! Hope this was helpful 😉

Can't remember the brand, but it should not matter. All tapioca flour brand should give you a similar result 😉
