This is how NOT to make crispy fried fish. Never use egg. Salt your fish to reduce outer moisture. Dry with dry cloth or paper towels. Use flour,,, rice flour…. Baking powder ,,,, and spices you like. Then add a beer you’d drink. Mix to a point it’s like a thin pancake batter. Lightly flour your fish. Remove extra flour by shaking it a bit. Dip into batter. Let extra drip off. Put into the hot oil until golden brown. Take out and let rest on paper towels…. Done….
