I ate at a Mexican restaurant last week and they served the whole fish curved in the plate with beautiful garnishes and it was superb. They literally created a circle of fish in my plate served over a small amount of rice, and it was a beautiful presentation.

So I have to admit I don't like fish shellfish yes fish know. I am a believer after this video I will be going to the market to replicate this recipe every ingredient you used is a favorite of mine. I made the spring rolls and they turned out wonderful I had to sub the noodles for bean sprouts because my market was out of stock. My children now has an expectation that their plates should look like yours. I told them that God only made one Nanaaba so just eat up 😆🤣. God Bless.
