INGREDIENTS
•Cauliflower - 500 gm
•Garlic chopped- 1 Tbsp
•Green chilli - 5 pieces Chopped
•Spring onion Chopped - 1/2 cup
•Onion Chapped -1/2
•Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
•Corn flour - 3 tsp
•All purpose flour -3tsp
•Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
•Red chilli sauce - 3 tbsp
•Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
•Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
•Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
•jeera powder- 1/2tsp
•Salt to taste
•Cooking oil
1) INSTRUCTIONS
1) In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, and water to make a thick batter.
2)Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and mix well.
3) Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the cauliflower until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
4)In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add garlic, onion, and ginger paste. Saute until the onion is translucent.
5)Add soy sauce, Red chili sauce, and Tomato sauce Mix well.
6)Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce mixture and toss until coated.
7)Season with salt to taste.
8)Garnish with green onions.
9)Serve hot with rice
