How much longer do you roast the knuckles without the vegetables? Instructions didn’t say. Also. The recipe said to roast the knuckles with broth and vegetables, but in the video I didn’t see that. We made it last night! It came out beautifully! It was not hard, just required a bit of patience! Danke! 🥰🙋🏻‍♀️

Hi @Minh Carter Just put the knuckle in the oven (top heat) for a short time until it is nicely browned and crispy. Since every oven "behaves" differently, it's best to rely on your eyes (and nose... the crust should not burn 🧐). 🎄🤶🎅

Use a box cutter knife to score the pork skin. They are VERY sharp and you can usually set the length of the blade to control the depth of the cut.
