Crispy Paneer Cutlet Ball | समोसा कचोरी भूल जाओगे जब ऐसे पनीर कटलेट बनाओगे | Paneer Cutlet Ball | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.250 gm paneer
.100 gm mozzarella cheese
1/2 red yellow capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 onion
1/4 carrot
salt to taste
chop coriander
1 cube butter
1/2 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper crush
1 spoon all purpose flour
1 tsp bread crumbs
3 tsp all purpose flour for batter
4 tsp corn flour
.200 gm bread crumbs/4 bread grind made bread crumbs
.700 ml oil for frying
