I had an old packet of McCain potato cheese balls sitting in my freezer for a long time. Opened it to find it all become one giant football. My wife tried frying a small piece of it still but the cheese got spread out in oil. I recalled your nuggets recipy. So I allowed the whole mixture to come to room temperature, then made fresh balls of it, coated it with 'one hand salan and one hand poha crumble' and then deep fried it in medium hot oil. Came out perfectly and everyone loved it at home. Thank you again for sharing your wisdom with us.

Whenever we studied something in MBBS, we were told to always look for the "why?" behind things. Always know "why" does something happen, then you won't have mug it up, you will understand it conceptually. Mein ne banane chala rasgulla keliye paneer.. lekin dikhta hein kalakhan jaisa.. par sugar ke alava salt hein usmein.. kyu ki salt se doodh ko pataya.. fir aap ke iss recipe ko reference liya aur banaya balls... Just added chopped onions, green chillies and chana ka ata.. fir bayana ball deep fry.. ve ache bane... Aur baaki ka jho hein usse.. noodles ke sath banaya... It's also too good in taste... Abhi socha aap ko share kare.. :)
