Crispy, Really Delicious Taco Recipe :: My family Was Surprised When TheyTasted It

I made crispy tacos with a lightly crumbly texture.
The texture is good, so I feel good the whole time I chew, and the taste is really good.
It's so delicious as a snack or brunch.
Try making it.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[Serves 3-4 / 8 pieces]
✤ Ingredients
- 8 Flour tortillas (13cm) Corn tortillas available
- Chopped onion
- 1/2 Tomato
- Jalapeno
- Mexican Shred Cheese
- Sour cream
- Tomato salsa (optional)
- Cilantro or vegetables of your choice (lettuce, celery, etc.)
✤ Beef seasoning
- 250g Ground beef (chicken can be used)
- 1/2 Chopped onion
- 18g (1Tbsp) Minced garlic
- 1g(2 pinches) Salt
- 7g (0.7Tbsp) Curry powder
- 12g (1.5 Tbsp) Paprika powder
- 18g (1Tbsp) Tomato pasta sauce (or taco sauce)
- Black pepper
✤ Tips
- You can sprinkle tortillas with oil and bake them in an oven or air fryer.

Se parecen a las enchiladas salvadoreñas XD solo que son con harina de maiz, preparas la masa le pones consome, achiote y haces tortillas delgaditas, las haces fritas luego las untas con frijoles molidos, le pones huevos duros en rodajas, tomate picado, pepino picado y queso duro rayado, hasta les puedes poner pescaditas fritas encima, son una delicia
