Hi madam, amazing recipe and it looks delicious. quick question, cant you use the water you disregarded (the water from the 1st round of pressure cooking) as your 'stock' for making the gravy? Let's say i dont use the liquid smoke, may I use that water then to do a gravy?

This must be the wrong model. The one I bought has no deep crisping pan. It has a rack, a crisping plate and a smaller black pan. I think it may be missing some parts. I'm going to call them tomorrow.

You do know you are not supposed to wash chicken, as everything you touch will be contaminated as in taps sink work top all the season jars etc !
