homemade crispy mutton samosas!
Heat oil in a pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
coriander leaves
curry leaves
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of shredded cabbage
1 cup of chopped carrot.
Mix well.
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of fennel powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon meat masala
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Mix well
Add minced mutton
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to cook until the mutton is tender.
Use samosa sheets to create triangular shapes and fill them with the mutton
mixture.
Deep fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.
