This is my favorite Ronaldo's season ever. 2006-2007 was a massive breakthrough period for him, where he really transformed into a world class player. At the time Mourinho's Chelsea was unstoppable, it's was amazing to see this young United team beat them to the league title.

He was a traditional wide midfielder (what we used to just call a winger back in the day), think guys like Beckham. Later became a fwd winger after Van Nistelrooy left for Madrid, and that's where the goals and assists starting to flood in. Went on to became a striker because of his Tendinitis condition- as to limit his time running around as much as possible.
